My story of confidence from the past, and my new easy on time at home workout.

Al
So I spent time on Pinterest going through a lot of work outs and have saved a few routines according to progression. Well My goal is to do it each morning after I've been up for an hour. I need that first hour to get up and get going, then I do my workout. It was simple and quick took maybe 20-30 mins. I used to be decently over weight and when I turned 16 I got a gym membership. I went from 170 lbs to 135 lbs and my confidence boosted like it never had in my life, I was a new person! After my husband and I got married we were tight on money so I canceled. I have kept up ok but got back up to about 150. Well now I'm 145 and I know my confidence is not what it quite once was when I was fit. I love my body for what it is, but there's nothing wrong with wanting to better myself and boost my confidence back up so this is my plan for change! I started off with a warm up stretch routine that my husband taught me. Then I started with the beginners work out! (It's been about 2 years since I've been in a gym) On the first set of sit ups I did regular ones then on the second set of sit ups, I did cross crunches. At the end I added a 5 min jog in Place followed by a 2 min cool down walk in Place. I think I will also add lunges to the routine tomorrow morning! But I thought I would share this with y'all because it wasn't very time consuming, it can be done at home, and really is a wonderful work out for beginners or anyone who has slacked off from their routine, etc. As far as eating goes, even when I used to religiously go to the gym, I always pretty much ate what I wanted, but I logged everything to keep track of my portions, I stopped over eating. I LOVE food! I am a cook, I make almost everything homemade and I refuse to deprive myself of something I love so much, the positive thing for me was just watching how much I shoveled into my face daily lol. If you're unhappy with your body or just want to be more fit, or even just want to get your blood pumping, you don't have to be miserable and not still enjoy the things you love! This is how I was successful when I lost 35 lbs in the past and I'm starting this same papproach again because I want to lose these 10 extra lbs I have, I will be content at 135 then I can just focus on being fit and healthy! Anyway, just thought I would share! ✌🏻
