i have a tilted uterus

so i done a papsmear today.... the doctor told me that i have a tilted uterus and it was hard for him to insert the tool in me😳😳😳😳😳😳😳so what does that mean??? does that mean all this time i was trying to a baby and it never happened because of that?? 😓😓😓😓😓
