spoiled with attention?

Is there such a thing? You hear the saying "spend half the money and twice the amount of time on your kids" and I'm wondering if there is a line that gets crossed? My 3yr old gets all the attention in the world. There are very few evenings where we are at home. We are constantly doing fun things with her that a lot of kids only do once in a blue moon. I don't want her to think these outings aren't special because we do them too often and so I guess I'm wondering if we can be spoiling her by spending so much time with her. We don't spend a lot of money on her when we go out. She's not spoiled that way. Most of my friends do special outings maybe once or twice a month. We just hate sitting at home!
