So this is really embarrassing but , l woke up at 5 am this morning with such horrible cramps I was in tears 😭 I went to the washroom and had massive diarrhea the cramps subsided so I went back to sleep . I woke up again at 8 and darted to the bathroom. Throughout the day I'm sure I went to the bathroom over 15 times and the cramps are now back and Its so painful . Also when I stand up I get massive headaches and get very dizzy .Anyone have any suggestions to what it may be or what can help ???
