Could my 12 week old be teething already?

She has excessive saliva.. I mean to the point she even spits s bunch up. Then she's constantly chewing on her fists. I thought this was kind of early.... other things that have been going on is she'll have extreme crying fits and I can't console her along with very mucusy poops

It's common for them to drool and suck on their hands at this stage. Check her gums and see if there's a little tooth!

Probably not. They find their tongue at this stage and it presses on their salvitory gland, which causes the drooling. It is the same thing when their teething too except they are trying to feel the tooth coming in. Now, they are just exploring the movement of their tongue.
