I've been nauseous for the past 2 days and I literally can't eat anything and TMI but my poop has oil like floating things at the top of the water i would put a picture but that would be gross. I googled it but that obviously doesn't help me what so ever and I just moved to a different state so I don't have insurance and don't have the money to go to the ER
