I got my period 4 weeks after my D&C and we started that cycle, didn't get preg. But on our 2nd cycle now

I did my best to track my ovulation so we tried three weeks after my mc but I doubt I actually caught it. My body was just so wonky right after. We tried the next month, no luck. Next month, pregnant.

Was it a successful pregnancy right after the miscarriage? I had a miscarriage last Wednesday , stopped bleeding 5 days ago and I'm wondering how long I need to wait. Doctor recommended no sexual intercourse for 6 weeks tho!

It was only a chemical, I stopped bleeding after a little over a week, and we started back up again by two weeks.
