Vertigo anyone?

So... it started last night around 1030. I was laying in the bed trying to go to sleep, eyes closed and felt real light headed and dizzy. I opened my eyes and everything was spinning. I thought I was going to throw up or pass out. I went to see my OB earlier today. She said it was vertigo but I don't have an ear infection and I'm not sick. She said it can happen anytime during pregnancy. Has anyone else had this happen?
