birth control??

Well tomorrow I'm going to the doctor and I want to be put on birth control for my own personal safety reasons. What is the best birth control? Which kind are you rooting for? 🤔

Depends on what you are looking for. I had an IUD and it dislodged and got stuck in my cervix- doc yanked that out when it should have been surgically removed. Had the implant in the arm and it was put in the wrong place and broke and gave me 3 years of meds in 1 day.

And after all that and 15 years on them found out I can't take them because I get ocular migraine which means taking hormone birth control ups my risk to over 90% chance of a stroke happening.

Just talk to your doctor and find out what is best for you- and the best part is you can always change if you don't like the one you are on.

I was on the pill for 3 years. Worked perfectly.
