How do you co parent with a narcissist   ( i prob spelled it wrong) he makes me feel like crap about being pregnant with his second the tells me he hates me he blames me for everything.idk what to do.

You should talk to him and try to figure it out. Being in a relationship like that is hard

To be honest my SO and i are still trying to figure that one out. He just tries to avoid talking to his ex as much as possible and only focuses on his child and her needs. His ex wont listen to what he says anyways and will always try to turn the situation around on him to make him seem like the bad parent or she will try to play victim. Either way in her head she is always right and we are always wrong. We ignore it and just do what we can to make sure daughter doesn't turn out like her.

At some point if you continue to stay and be with a narcissist you become entirely numb to what they say because you're used to the hurt and pain you continue to feel . You eventually accept that they are the way they are and you continue to love them because you know this is who they are. You'd have to be mentally and emotionally strong to be with someone who is narcisstic because they don't show the way they care for someone like most people do (if they even do care).
