Has anyone had symptoms 2-3 days after conception?

I think I'm going crazy but I'm having symptoms. My fertile days started on 3/23 and my husband and I got busy on 3/26 - 3/28. On the 28 I started to feel cramping, extra tired and nauseous ( I still do). I've never felt this mid cycle and also had a really bad headache on the 28th. My body just feels funny.

I'm expecting my period on 4/11.

Just wanted to update that I took 2 test today and got a faint line on both.

I think most likely it's leftover hormones from ovulation. At 2-3 days your egg wouldn't have even implanted yet. Good luck though!

My dates are the same as yours. I've been feeling really off since Monday. I was completely fine before besides tiny ovulation cramps. Now my breasts just feel extremely heavy, completely fill my bra and hurt badly. My breasts are very small so it's easy for me to tell if they've changed. I've had back aches and cramps as well but I'm not feeding into them much

I'm on DPO 6 and I am eager to test to because I had lower back cramps last night. But apps telling me to wait till the 2nd to start testing.
