Do you make sure tour child wears matching clothes?

Question

Mostly I'm ok at home. He prefers to be naked but I'm good with him wearing a t-shirt and diaper. I let my two month old chill in a sleeper or onesie. We keep it warm or neutral temp in the house. However when we are out I dress them nicely according to the weather. Not fancy but in cute outfits.

My 1 year old, yes. My 4 and 5.5 year olds? Nope. They dress themselves. If they look ridiculous, that's on them. I will tell them if something looks silly to me. Sometimes they insist I'm wrong and they like it. Whatever kiddo. Fine by me

My 16 month old wears matching jammies around the house during the day and footies at night. When we go out she wears jeans and t-shirts. On nice occasions dresses. My newborn alway wears footies if we're home. If we go out he wears those carters matching outfits or cargo pants and onsies.

My son is always dressed. Mainly because I am always dressed first thing and I want him to develop that good habit. My nephews (5, 9, and 11) are always either naked around company or wearing torn, stained ripped clothes. I have even seen them go to formal events in sweats. I want my son to know from an early age that's not ok.

They dress civil I guess is the word. I have very free spirit children lol. My oldest (12) has been known to wear his plaide bramuda shorts with a striped shirt, but they're both the same shades of blue lol so he says they go together lol.

When we r out she's dressed matching and has it together but home is a different story. Some days though when she spits up for the 10000th time I totally understand why people sometimes have their LO in just a onesie and nothing else 😜

Always lol. Sometimes we chill in our pjs all day. But he always has matching clothes on when I dress him.

My son is almost 4 months. In the winter around the house he wore a lot of sleepers. Now that its getting warmer usually a onsie or t shirt. If we go out its a shirt and pants. He's in comfy clothes but I make sure he's clean and neat. People never believe I get his clothes at thrift stores because he looks so nice. If something gets torn or dirty I only let him wear it at home.

Yes. Who is gong to teach them a sense of beauty (talking about clothing) if not me? It all starts from when they are young :) once she will want to chose her own outfits-- I'll let her. Unless she will look weird that it will make her uncomfortable
