This may be a stupid question but I see everyone getting bfp's early. Has anyone not gotten theirs until af was late?

I got my positive the day af was supposed to be due. Before that negatives all week

I didn't test until the day my period was due, but it was dark enough I probably would have seen it earlier if I had tested. BUT I also know someone who didn't get a positive urine test until she was 4 months along.

12dpo was the earliest i got it.
