My boyfriend came.. JUST from eating me out TMI

Last night my boyfriend was eating me out and he' loves to eat me out! But last night while he was doing his thing! He was so into he just cam all over the bed without me even touching him. Or him even touching himself! He just straight up cam all over the bed and my leg. He jumped up for a second and told me he was sorry. That's never happen before.. he's very sorry. I could tell he was so embarrassed that happen 😩. But I didn't want my boyfriend to feel bad or embarrassed that It did happen! Because I honestly thought it was sexy af that he was that turned on from eating me out ! I'm not sure if I should tell him that ?? Or If I should just leave it alone !? My boyfriend hasn't said nothing about it since and I just don't want him to feel embarrassed?? What do you guys think ??
