Okay I'm curios..

If I go to the gym for 4 days, do cardio workouts, drink loads of water, cut down on my food eating one meal a day but making damn sure I burn that off, go for long walks and do this at the gym: 
Say 5/10 minutes on the tread mill (I'm running at 5minute miles ATM) 
And then say do 30/40 minutes on the rowing machine. 
Would I loose weight? 
I know I won't be able to see it straight away and that it takes time but I'm 11 stone atm & I kinda wanna be in the 10 stone range within the next week (it's weekend now so I can't go to the gym) 
Maybe I could do some sit-ups too. 
Any advice/help would be appreciated :) xx
