Hi guys, I had my rod taken out a few weeks ago and desperately wanting my period to come so I can track it. Is there any thing to make it come along quicker or I just have to wait? I've tried the 3 monthly injection and my body couldn't  handle it so I had the rod for about two years and it was okay but I gained 20kgs 😔 and trying to lose that but I'm wondering any tips to help my period come early and what's the pill like? I'm thinking if I should try it
