My son's first tooth broke through this week. And a few days ago he started coughing and had a little fever. I gave him some baby Tylenol and the fever went away. But yesterday and today he's had a dry cough and a runny nose, no fever though. I read that coughing can be from teething. But I'm not sure if it's teething or if he might have a cold. Has anyone else's LO's had the same kind of symptoms when they were getting their first tooth?
