Hot Flashes during ovulation...?
Has anyone ever experienced hot flashes as a symptom of when they ovulate? Last night I woke up super hot at like 3am. This morning my bbt had jumped up .31 degrees so I'm thinking I may have ovulated. It's happened before to me around ovulation time in previous months and I'm just wondering if that was a common thing or if I'm just a weirdo lol
