cervix position?

Hello! 
I have been having cramps since cycle day 9 and I am now in cycle day 13 and the cramps are worse and on the right side. I have never felt my ovulation before but does this sound like it? My cervix is also so high at the moment that I can't reach/feel it.

High cervix is a good indicator you are close to ovulation however it can be tricky because it really does move around alot throughout the day. Make sure you check it around the same time every day (i find around noon to be a good time). You can squat and bear down a bit and it may come down enougb for you to get a better idea about soft/firm or open/closed. The opening will be angled to your rear and possibly off to one side.

Even though you couldn't actually reach it, did you notice any cervical mucus when you checked?

Your cervix is a very bad indicator of pregnancy. I am just over 6 weeks pregnant today and when I found out I was I decided to check mine it's been all over the place.... super high, then super low so it's really not reliable at all.
