I took one and it came out like this after 2-3 mins 
Then after i left it for more than 10 mins

I honestly think with the cheap strips they take at least 10 minutes to fully come in. Some even say to wait 10 nminutes to read. After 30 disregard. After they start to dry they won't be reliable.
