Please help? Ive posted 5 times?

I need people to help plan my daily schedule for the week. I'm trying something new. Its very serious please keep reading...

No rude people and please no games I'm serious. I wrote another post on long story short how I feel like I will never measure to be anything, because I have no follow threw, consistency or self discipline. I'm 30 so not young and I have a 9 month old baby, although I'm not an adult when I lack these things. Enough pity party. I'm trying something new right now. So I will write the things I have to do and you guys organize it, how I should handle it or tips on how to make sure I stick to everything I need to do everyday. And yes im starting to get back into therapy as of this upcoming week because I'm super depressed all the time for obvious reasons. So here it is:

Write daily goals in planner for the day (please make this #1 on your list I want to make this a habit, so you can make a WAKE UP TIME FOR ME)

Clean room ( has to be kept up on everyday lol

I have a baby and I'm noticing my room starts to collect trash everyday until its crazy and I need hours to clean it)

Clean bathroom ( dont have to do this every day, once a week)

Look and apply for jobs online

Get into mommy groups ( not an everyday thing)

Do online training (it's learning new skills)

Read

Exercise

Take baby for a walk in stroller

Read to baby

All baby stuff thats not in here i will fit in, it's dependent on when my baby wakes up in the morning that I start everything and schedule

everything out for my baby's day.

I will stick to which plan is logical. I'm trying something new. I appreciate anyone and everyone who participates. Please upvote ones you like best too.
