My back just really started bothering me the last few days. Mid-back area. Is anyone else experiencing back pain?

Oh my gosh same here. It's almost unbearable.

I stretch 2x a day, take warm baths when it's too bad, and use a heating pad when I lay on my back but only for like 15-20 min. Also make sure you have supportive shoes when you go anywhere.

Yes! I'm only 16 weeks. My back feels so weak and my tailbone feels strange. Not sure what to do, I worry its going to get worse. Maybe a physical therapist?
