Best birth control?

So mom recently told me she was going to take me to the clinic so I can start birth control. Neither of us know a lot about it. Question is, what's the best birth control for a teenager? I should probably mention I have memory problems so I don't think I could take the pill.

I suggest the depo. You get it every three months and it's an injection, it covers you 24/7 and some don't get their period with it.

It's usually best to start with the pill because you can see how your body reacts and stop it at any time. Maybe try setting memos in your phone. The shot would probably be ok to try, or the patch. It's just a good idea to see how your body reacts to short periods before you commit to long lasting hormone doses like the implant or IUD
