I'm 14 and I've had my period for 4 years. It's completely irregular and my periods usually last a week or a little more. They're really heavy and I have to change a heavy flow daytime pad about every hour to three hours depending on the day. If I wear an overnight pad, I have to change it every two to five hours. I also have a lot of blood clots. How could I lighten my flow and does anyone else have this problem?
