TMI!! implantation or af or old blood??

TMI implantation bleeding. Heard it comes a week before AF is due or 9dpo which is where im at. I also heard its brownish and not alot of blood. But then i heard its suppose to be bright red with no clots. Anyone that is or was pregnant what happened with you???
