Okay we have been together for about 3 years ... and we haven't done it in like months and I'm getting sick of it... not only that but he won't spend time with me on my days off... we live together but I only see him maybe about 6 hours if lucky.. he won't touch me or anything... I need some help... honestly do I not look good enough for him anymore?

You need to talk to him. Dont focus on looks as a factor of his disinterest unless hes that kind of guy. If you think that your looks are that big of a part of this, i think its more important to think about whether or not you want a relationship where that would matter. If that's just your own insecurity talking, you have some things you need to work on about yourself and finding ways to work on your self esteem. You cant really have a healthy relationship unless youre a whole person and you don't need another person to tell you whether or not youre good enough. Your self worth should never be based on what someone else thinks of you.
