I've had food poisoning for 4 days now and am 7 weeks pregnant. I went to the hospital  on day 3 and they gave me iv fluids,zofran for nausea and potassium chloride pills because my liver levels were bad from puking. I am still having bad diarrhea about every 10-20 minutes, every time I drink water or pedialyte. Do I need to call my ob and tell her I'm still losing a lot of fluids? When is this going to end I'm so miserable! For now the zofran helps keep food down but I'm nervous when the prescription runs out.Also should I be worried about the baby?
