Really bad sickness all day long. Please help!

Is anyone else suffering from really bad nausea?! I constantly feel sick everyday and totally lost my appitite its awful😔 Iv been off work sick all week because im so tired and worn down! Anyone else like this? Any tips? Iv been eating ginger biscuts but they just give me hellish heartburn. I cant win! HELP PLEASEEEE😢😢
