Breast pump to induce labor?

Has anyone tried this? Just asking!

It seems to do something! I am currently trying raspberry leaf tea with evening primrose oil I walk around for like 2 hours each day... total walk per day is 6 miles... I use my breast pump 15 mins each one n it definitely does something but for me it doesn't seem to be efficient enough :/. Still... I will continue to crack on n try! Lol (had the go ahead from the midwife to do so so alls good!)

I've heard it works, but I've been pumping and storing colostrum since 34 weeks and it hasn't done anything. Mind you I only pump once a day every other day.

What I read was you should pump each breast separately for 15 minutes. Take a 15 minute break and then repeat 5 times. If that doesn't do it, then it won't bring on labor for you.

You'd have to ask your doctor if it's safe for you to try. You shouldn't try it until 39+ wks.

I got the okay in my last pregnancy but I chickened out.  I have a medulla something or other idk specifically it's packed away right now but it is a double pump.
