I need advice. I'm under a lot of stress with exams in a few weeks and a lot of family pressure and issues are hanging over me atm, I've tried cope for too long now and I'm at breaking point I'm not happy and it's reflecting on my school work. I don't know how to tell my family that I'm not ok. They think I'm always ok and stuff as I always put a front on to them but I just can't do it anymore 😥😥😞Â
