Cramp help???

Hey ladies what is a good way to ease cramps other than taking medicine i feel like nothing's working😷😷

Hot water bottles, anything warm really, you said no medicine but I'd recommend ibuprofen as it's a muscle relaxant and pain reliever,

but otherwise finding a comfy position which allieviates the cramps somewhat, watching crappy tv and warm comforting drinks, you kinda just have to last it out as much as it sucks! And maybe give into the cravings if you have them, it lifts your spirits

I just got my ibuprofen i don't like hearing pads but my boyfriend put a ice pack on my ball an it feels like heaven

I would also love to know some more alternatives!

Currently I use a heating pad, take hot baths, rub my belly...and take medicine.
