Workout full time moms
Wondering how often full time working moms are getting in a workout? I get up by 6 and get home at 5. I have an hour commute each way. I have a 9 month old. I've lost almost all baby weight but need to workout to tone up. I find I have no energy and can't even do a 10 minute work out bc I'm so exhausted. Wondering how everyone else does it?
