Ovulation Test??

Question

Felt like I've ovulated three times this month!!! Didn't have any more tests, and got one and took it.

I'm honestly surprised it's not darker...?

If I ovulated already, would my hormone drop down to supposed zero (super faint) and then work it's way back up (to being darker once I am ovulating?)

Basically is there a way to tell if I ovulated already? VS am I ALMOST ovulating..?

Answer

O tests only detect the LH surge which typically precedes ovulation but there is no proof it actually happened. In other words, you can get a + and then a - and it wouldn't mean anything actually happened. Of course for a lot of women O does happen after an LH surge, I think this is the norm. Only way to confirm O is by tracking your BBT. Baby dust! ✨
