I spent 2 days in the Hospital and was released yesterday. Was under observation for BP and become of baby being too small 9%

Found that there is restriction in the umbilical cord. Well today my BP was slightly elevated again and to have felt two hard tugs on the left side of my abdominal and he's been super hyper all afternoon. Few hours ago I felt my stomach get really tight and I thought I was hungry but now the tightness is getting seriously uncomfortable and he won't stop moving! I've never felt him this active before... Should I go to hospital???
