I'm on the tail end of my period, like last two days, and I had unprotected sex last night. I'm on the pill, but should I go get a morning after pill just in case?

If you're on the pill and taking it as you're supposed to you should be fine. Don't take Plan B unless you ABSOLUTELY need to. You're only supposed to take it a maximum of twice a year, it fucks with your body real bad.
