I'm scared!
Okay y'all so I am not totally freaking out yet, but I was just freaking out a little bit. My boyfriend and I finally had sex (both of our first times) this past Monday night and we wore a condom (correctly, it never slipped off his penis and it went on really easily without any resistance) and I've had the nexplanon birth control implant for about 2 and a half months. On top of that, before he came he pulled out and came on my chest instead.
The reason I am freaking out is because with this birth control my period has been all over the place and <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> says I should be getting it tomorrow or within the next few days. I have always had irregular periods, but since I've now had sex I'm afraid that even though we were super safe, there's a small chance something went wrong and I'm going to end up pregnant 😅 my gyno said that it could take my periods a while to even out, but I'm just so nervous. Does anyone who is/isn't on the implant have any advice for me or any words of reassurance? Thank y'all so much!
