Overweight?

I posted this in the wrong group so I took a photo to post here. Suggestions?

Just continue eating healthier foods (more fruits, veggies and nuts for example) and do light exercise like walking half an hour a day. I was an average weight before pregnancy and lost weight because I started eating more fruits. I'm now 24 weeks and still around 5lbs lighter than prior to getting pregnant.

First of all, congratulations! Second, just eat more lean proteins. Nuts are a great substitute for meat as well as beans, lentils, legumes and quinoa. Lots of water too! At least 40 ounces a day :) 30 mins a day of light cardio should help too. I wish you the best of luck!!!
