Kidney Infection + Can't Sleep

Honestly I'm just really stressed. I was diagnosed with a pretty bad kidney infection last week and I was prescribed antibiotics. The first place I went to was the health department, where I got the diagnosis. But since the Health department can only do so much, they told me to go to the doctor because it was pretty bad. That night I started taking the antibiotics and the next morning I went to an actually doctor. The doctor did test and basically all signs of the infection in my urine were gone, but I was still having symptoms. I was told that I most likely do have an infection since it showed up at one point and I'm having all the symptoms, the antibiotics are just covering up. So I was told that I should keep taking the antibiotics, despite the fact that they were just for a general UTI. They sent my urine off for more test to see if I was taking the right medication (both the health department and the doctor had done this) and I've heard nothing back. Now I have 2 days left of the antibiotic and I feel like complete shit. My symptoms have gotten 10 times worse. I feel like they're not working and I'm afraid because I can't keep going back to the doctor because I don't have insurance and it could reach my blood steam. On top of that, I'm getting another yeast infection right after I literally just got rid of one.
