U.K. antenatal classes, Has anyone been?

I start mine tomorrow will be 36 weeks on wed. Not sure what to expect, has anyone been to these before? 
What are they like?

Are they interactive or just sit and listen and how many people are generally in the groups??

Hello! I'm in Leicester and had my first session of Bumps 2 Babies last week - I was worried it would be super interactive as I hate ice-breaking exercises and any kind of 'forced fun' haha. But it was OK! Including my partner and I, there were ten of us at the session, although there were a couple of no-shows. Mainly just sitting and listening with the occasional question thrown out to the group. I definitely found it helpful.
