Late Period Due To Diet Change?
So I have been mostly vegan since January; however, I went fully vegan about 40 days ago. I'm wondering if any vegans out there have experienced late periods due to diet change? I'm starting to think maybe I have a vitamin deficiency because I'm 10 days late on my period. I've had cramping, bloating and extreme fatigue which are all normal PMS symptoms for me, but I haven't gotten my period yet.
If anyone has had a similar experience, please let me know!
Before anyone says I'm pregnant, that's not physically possible as I haven't been having sex.
