any vegans who can help me out?

Question

I'm really getting into the vegan lifestyle. I always have a hard time finding vegan food items such as cheese, veggie ground, mayo etc...

Can I find this stuff at Walmart Might be a dumb question but I can never find any of this?

Also if you have any more ideas for vegan food items please share!:)

Depending on where you live, publix has options. Wal-Mart, I try not to shop at cause they dont have much. Im lucky enough to work at Whole Foods (we get a discount) and they have a lot more options.

Brands I've come to love:
Follow Your Heart (sliced cheeses, they even have smoked gouda 😍)
Diaya (shredded cheese- it does take longer to melt than dairy cheese, pizza, cheesecake)
Yves (sliced meats)
Just Mayo (my favorite mayo, but follow your heart is also good)
Earth Balance (butter, melts like butter too)

Careful of all the premade foods (burgers, nuggets, etc). They are mostly vegetarian friendly, few are vegan and will usually have the certified vegan logo on their package.
Its mostly mental switching to a plant based diet, so if you have the willpower to do it, go for it! Do lots of research to make sure you get all your nutrients! Such as: dark leafy greens contain iron! When I would go to donate blood as a vegetarian, my iron was in the 12 range, when I went vegan, it shot up to the mid 14s.
