Period issues

I thought it was discharge yesterday until I bolted for the bathroom to see brown water and quickly prepared myself for the worst lol.

My periods are like a bright red very watery consistency that bleeds through 3 thick stacked pads and onto my three lAyers of underwear. I can even hear gurgling like sounds suggesting I'm about to pretty much explode more than usual upon occasion and have to keep running to the bathroom to avoid staining everything. I get lower abdominal cramps along with a feeling like my vagina is literally numb most of the time lol idk if this makes any sense Nut this time I get sharp piercing jabs of pain at the right or left sides, mostly at the right side so bad that my legs feel broken. 

I am not sexually active.

I am not on birth control. 

I always have bad periods but this is absurd even for me. 

I had countless scans in the past ALL clear...

I'm going to the doctor tomorrow but wanted to ask if anyone has gone through the same? 

I am 22 years old.
