Have you ever peed yourself while on your period?

So tonight my period leaked through my tampon and I went to changed it and noticed a very strong smell of urine and my pants were soaked but not sure if it was just blood and a mixture of urine. I'm so embarrassed I'm 20 and always do pelvic floor exercises.

I updated this as last time I made a typo and it didn't make sense and was sure how to edit the post ..

Yes, it only happens when I wear tampons for multiple days in a row. Super weird!

After I finish a run and stop moving completely I pee a little while also gushing blood because for some reason my period builds up during the run but doesn't completely flow until I stop which sucks. The peeing part only happens while I'm on my period so it's kinda convient even though it means wearing a pad while running
