how are you staying patient?

My first was born 10 days late after induction. Those last two weeks were so difficult mentally for me. Now that I'm getting close with my second, I am really nervous that I am going to be super late again and have to be induced. Idk how to keep myself from getting overwhelmed, frustrated and irritable. I just don't want my experience to be the same as my last delivery. Idk how to stay patient. I wish I lied when I told people my due date. 35+5.
