How many naps are your 9-10 month olds taking a day?

My 9.5 month old is most commonly still taking 3 naps a day and I think she needs to be down to 2 but if her 2nd nap ends before 3 it's just too long of a stretch until bed time and she ends up basically taking a late third nap. She's a short napper but I make sure to get her to at least two hours combined

Down to two.. sometimes she do one, and I am not a happy camper whenever that happens.

We've been down to 2 naps for over a month now. It's a push though. She's up at 7am then goes down at 9:30-10 for about an hour and 1/2 (usually) then she's up until 1:45-2 and goes back down until 3:15 (usually lol) and up again until 6:30-7 ( depending on how cranky she's getting! )

My 9 month old has been taking 2 naps most days for about a month. He only takes a 3rd nap if the first two happened very early and/or were very short for some reason, but that's quite unusual now.
