So my son is five months 2 weeks usually he goes to bed at half eight put the past month from about 1am he thrashes abround in his cot banging his legs and wakes himself up he isn't hungry we put his dummy back in and he will settle but five minutes later he starts again can anyone give me some advice as to why he is doing this or what I can do I'm feeling very sleep deprived and running out of ideas
