Could they be wrong?

I had this done at the ER on Saturday, the tech dated the sac at 4 weeks 5 days. I have another on Monday, I'll be exactly 6 weeks according to her calculations.

My hcg went from 2600 Saturday to 6456 on Monday.

Could I be a week further like I originally thought? Is dating the sac very accurate that early?

It's accurate. At 5w5d I had my sac measured and no baby. I went back at 6w1d and we saw the fetus, even heard and saw the heartbeat. The sac in your pic is very small, I'm sure she dated you correctly. Those are great levels though!

They dated just the sac at about 5 weeks. Had me come back 2.5 weeks later to make sure it was growing. I was measuring 5 days behind what they said originally so they changed my due date. I'm now 17 weeks and I'm measuring what my original due date is. Mine was super accurate.

It's extremely accurate. They are not wrong. The first trimester is when the dating is done. Thereafter it is no longer accurate.
