What is this??? I was in week 4 ... i have NO cramps or anything just bleeding a little bit..

What can this be?

Expected period 1 April 
Got positive 5 days before 
6 test all was positive and yesterday it was negative .... ?

It looks like a cotton ball. Did you forget to remove a tampon on day? I had a friend forget to do this and her body eventually pushed it out

This may sound gross but put it in a container with some water in it and bring it to your doctor. It may be the lining of your unterus. It may (like the first commenter said) be an old tampon. I just had a miscarriage at the end of my 7th week at it definitely did not look like that.

This appear to be a uterine cast. Take to your doctor. You might or might not have something going on with you. In addition to having pregnancy test that was positive. Go to your doctor office and see if you can be checked.
