Conceiving Via a donor (home insemination)

we are trying to conceive via a donor. we tried back in September but only got 1 vial. we are trying again on Monday and Tuesday we bought 3 vials this time. has anyone ever been successful with home insemination on the first try? (we are considering this our true first time)
