Boyfriend annoys me on purpose and won't stop?

My boyfriend has ADHD and will do things to make me mad. He will touch me inappropriately and I'll tell him to get off and he won't. He will scream all day. He acts like a child. Am I wrong for wanting to leave?

Oh man... my husband has ADHD and he sometimes gets riled up similarly. It's really hard to deal with sometimes but you can either leave or help him learn to cope. When my husband starts getting antsy I have found it best to give him something to focus on with a lot of mental stimulation, and when we are in public I send him off to find things I need in the store or play ISpy. I know these things seem childish but they work for us, he really brings out my inner kid and we have a lot of fun together.
If his actions are bothering you that much you need to find a solution, if he's worth it to you you'll compromise. If he isn't you'll leave. Either way I wish you the best.

My bf is bipolar so he has a lot of manic episodes where he gets really hyped up and has trouble controlling himself. It does get annoying but he at least tries to not get on my nerves. Honestly I let him smoke weed sometimes because it helps a lot. But that's not a reason to act that way. Try to have some space when he gets really bad or tell him get on meds. He needs to find a way to cope with it properly.

My husband has ADHD/ADD combined. Sometimes he can act super energetic and sometimes he can't concentrate on ANYTHING. But there is absolutely no excuse for your bf's behavior. I wouldn't want to be with him either!

My husband has adult ADD and it's no picnic. He's hallmark in terms of his symptoms. I read "driven to distraction" which is a great book and helps you to understand what things he can and cannot help. It helps to tolerate the ups and downs.

Having adult adhd doesn't mean he should be acting totally out of control.  If the symptoms of his disorder are significant enough he should be looking into getting help.  It's toally understandable that you don't want to live with someone that purposely tries to get on your nerves!
